Admission Procedures

Admissions to all OLYMPUS international programmes is open to all candidates 18-years-old and over who have completed High School if applying for undergraduate programmes, and Bachelor’s degrees if applying for Master’s degree programmes or other postgraduate courses.

Starting Dates
The academic year consists of two semesters which last approximately 15 weeks each.
The fall (autumn) semester begins in the first week of October and ends in the second week of January.
The spring semester begins in the third week of February and ends in the last week of May.

Application Timetable
We accept applications all year round, but the final application deadline for the fall (autumn) semester is the end of June in the year in which you intend to start the programme, and the end of November for the spring semester in the following year.
Please note that the application procedure is not considered until every required component has been submitted. Most applicants seem to underestimate the amount of time that is necessary for a successful application. Our advice is that you apply as early as possible in the admission cycle. Please allow one to three (1-3) weeks for OLYMPUS to process applications.

Visa Requirements
The Polish government requires people who come to Poland for full-time study to obtain student visas. To apply for a student visa at a Polish embassy or consulate in the candidate’s country of origin, the student will need to obtain a Letter of Enrolment and Fee Receipt from OLYMPUS University. In order to receive a Letter of Enrolment and Fee Receipt, candidates must first apply to OLYMPUS and pay a tuition fee for the first year of study. Please note that together with the Letter of Enrolment and Fee Receipt, candidates must also provide written proof that they have enough funds to support themselves while living and studying in Poland.
For information about the time required to get a visa to enter Poland, please contact the Polish embassy or consulate in your country of origin.
